Spotlight on a new Tenant - Wagada Digital

We interviewed Cheryl Luzet, Managing Director of Wagada Digital, to find out more about why they chose Eagle Tower and what their experience of moving into the building was like.

Wagada Digital are an award-winning team of expert digital marketers, passionate about achieving success for their clients. The business was founded by Cheryl Luzet in 2011 and since then she’s built up a powerful team of digital experts that help their clients to achieve their goals.

We started by asking Cheryl to explain what Wagada do and why she started the business. 

"Wagada Digital is a digital marketing agency. We work with a lot of complex brands and we support them to grow through digital marketing. We also build websites and we're Hubspot partners, so we support our clients with their CRM system and help them to get more out of Hubspot.

"In my past job, I was an in-house marketing manager and I was really frustrated with the marketing agencies that I was working with at the time. I found they were really inflexible, and they weren't really very results orientated. So I set Wagada Digital up with the aim to become the sort of agency that I would have wanted to work with when I was an in-house marketing manager".

We then asked why they chose to set up an Office in Cheltenham.

"So we decided to set up a second office for Wagada Digital in Cheltenham because we had a member of staff that was quite keen to come and move over to the area, and we saw it as an opportunity to have a second office where we could tap into a lot of the really strong expertise in the local area.

"Also for us in our other office, we're quite close to London, so we found that we were losing quite a lot of staff to London, so it was a great opportunity to sort of tap into a different marketplace".

Cheryl then explained why they chose to move their Office into Eagle Tower.

"So we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to find a new office quite quickly. And I really liked the prospect of moving into Eagle Tower because there's lots of opportunities of different sized offices and it's also really flexible. There's no long term contracts. And I just found the team here so friendly and really supportive and helpful. We were excited when we found this fantastic office - which is a great corner position, it’s very sunny, we've got lovely views. So we're really happy here at Eagle Tower".

We then asked Cheryl how they found the process of moving in.

"We found the process of moving in really, really simple. The team were really helpful and really flexible. We had to move quite quickly so, I think we only saw it a couple of weeks before we actually moved in and the team were brilliant. Helpful in doing the office up, getting it ready for us really quickly and the whole contract process worked really well. So yes, it was a, it was a great process and we really enjoyed the whole thing of moving in".

Cheryl then explained what it has been like being a tenant.

"The team here are really supportive, they've really gone the extra mile. It's a great community here and it just feels like everyone's really friendly and everyone looks after everyone else".

To conclude, we asked Cheryl to share what advice she would offer to anyone considering taking an Office at Eagle Tower.

"I would really recommend Eagle Tower to anyone looking for an office. For us it was very much a long term solution. There's lots of opportunities of different size offices, so it's great for a growing business. And they're also just so lovely and friendly here that it's a sort of place that you can actually feel like it's home".
