Two parking spaces per quarter are offered free of charge to long-term tenants.
How far is the nearest public transport?
Cheltenham train station is a 20 minute walk and a 5 minute drive from Eagle Tower. There are bus stops right outside the Tower and Cheltenham Bus Station is 10 minutes walk away.

Costs and Commercial Terms

What contract lengths are available?
Lease lengths are typically 3 to 10 years with an optional break clause for longer leases
Can I sub-lease?
No, sub-leasing is not allowed within the Tower
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay Eagle Tower by BACS transfer and Direct Debit. Eagle Tower reserve the right to change the payment methods available to each client and may vary the methods available for each service.
