After committing to an initial 3 months, Eagle Tower's short-term license then goes onto a rolling 30 day notice basis. The flexibility extends to increasing or decreasing office space. This arrangement is ideal for new businesses who are unsure of future growth or for organisations who know they have a fixed-term need.

Short-term tenants are invoiced one monthly licence fee, inclusive of service charge, business rates and utilities, keeping admin simple and making it easier to move within the building should you need to grow or reduce office space.

Short-term licence clients have access to a kitchen area with sink, kettle, fridge and storage areas.

Eagle Tower is located just a 5 minute walk from Cheltenham town centre and is easily accessible from a number of surrounding bus routes. There is pay and display on street parking in the streets nearby and a number of car parks in the town centre to choose from.

All our tenants benefit from reduced rate use of our meeting rooms. Bookable by the hour, there are a variety of sizes and all meeting rooms have WiFi. These are ideal for internal staff meetings, appraisals, business development meetings, training or seminars – any occasion where you need a bit more space or privacy.

Our refurbished reception is manned from 8:30am until 5:30pm each weekday and can meet and greet visitors, collect deliveries and answer any queries as required. Security guards are on-site 24/7 and have access to the 14 cameras located in and around the tower. All access is logged and monitored through a secure ID card system and each office has its own unique key. Additional keys can be provided to managerial staff for a minimal fee.

Can I access my office at weekends?
Yes, you have 24/7 access to your office using secured swipe card access. This access extends to public holidays and overnight.

What services are included?
Electricity, heating, water rates and air conditioning are all included in the licence fee. Gas is not applicable. As a tenant you have access to shared toilets and a communal kitchen area on each floor. Tenants must arrange their own telephone and broadband solutions.

Is parking available with the suite?
Parking spaces can be bought separately but there are limited spaces available on-site and there is also a short waiting list as demand is high. The Tower also restricts the number of parking spaces a business can take relative to the size of the suite(s) they are renting.

How far is the nearest public transport?
Cheltenham train station is a 20 minute walk and a 5 minute drive from Eagle Tower. There are bus stops right outside the Tower and Cheltenham Bus Station is 10 minutes walk away.
