Can I access my office at weekends?
Yes, you have 24/7 access to your office using secured swipe card access. This access extends to public holidays and overnight.

What services are included?
Electricity, heating, water rates and air conditioning are all included in the licence fee. Gas is not applicable. As a tenant you have access to shared toilets and a communal kitchen area on each floor. Tenants must arrange their own telephone and broadband solutions.

Is parking available with the suite?
Parking spaces can be bought separately but there are limited spaces available on-site and there is also a short waiting list as demand is high. The Tower also restricts the number of parking spaces a business can take relative to the size of the suite(s) they are renting.

Is car parking included with the lease?
Two parking spaces per quarter are offered free of charge to long-term tenants.

How far is the nearest public transport?
Cheltenham train station is a 20 minute walk and a 5 minute drive from Eagle Tower. There are bus stops right outside the Tower and Cheltenham Bus Station is 10 minutes walk away.

Is WiFi included?
Yes, WiFi is available free of charge to meeting room and Cafe users.

Are refreshments included?
Refreshments including hot and cold drinks and a range of freshly made sandwiches and savouries can be provided to meeting room users at an additional cost to be arranged with 'The Nest' cafe on the ground floor.

Is post forwarding included?
Post forwarding is not included but can be added to your virtual address on an ad-hoc basis plus a 10% handling fee.

Is call handling included?
No, Eagle Tower do not provide call handling as part of the virtual address service.

Can I hold a meeting at the cafe?
Yes, you can hold informal meetings at the cafe for a small number of paying customers. The seating area is restricted though so for larger groups or for meetings of a commercial or sensitive nature, the Eagle Tower meetings rooms might be more appropriate.

What are the cafe opening times?
The Nest opens at 8:30am and closes at 2:30pm from Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends.

Do I need financial references?
No financial or supplier references are required to secure a short-term licence only the initial 3 month licence fee.

How much do meeting rooms cost?
Meeting room costs vary depending on the size of room required, the number of hours and whether you are a tenant or not. Not-tenant fees start at £30 per hour (plus VAT). Tenant fees start at £20 (plus VAT)

What does the virtual address service cost?
Eagle Tower charge £65 per month (plus VAT) for the virtual address service. An initial 3 month minimum contract is required to secure the service.

What notice period is required?
One month's notice is required to cancel the service

What payment methods can I use?
Payment will be taken via Direct Debit. Eagle Tower reserve the right to change the payment methods available to each client and may vary the methods available for each service.
